I have had a life long fascination with all things occult, that is, 'hidden.' whether it is considered spiritual or any form of the otherworldly. As with many others, this curiosity began in childhood growing as I grew - seemingly finding me as much I was seeking. The pursuit of the unknown spurred me on to eventually found this group enabling me to work with dedicated and like-minded individuals.

I have experienced the paranormal since the age of 14 and have since
developed an obsession for the unknown.
I work at night all over San Diego and have seen things in the wee hours
that nobody can explain. I have seen shadow people and felt the presence of
others that I could not see including having my shoulder tapped when there
was no one else around. I have also been visited in the dream state by lost
loved ones. I know life doesn't just end here - I try to keep an open mind,
everything fits better that way.

I have resided in San Diego, Ca, for most of my life. I have experienced occasional paranormal phenomena since childhood and, thus, have had an innate interest in the paranormal field since then. I am highly passionate and dedicated to field investigating and continuous study of the field. I am also an avid reader of various books about paranormal phenomena.
I graduated from The University of Arizona with a B.A. degree in Media Arts and a minor in Journalism. Additionally, I earned my M.S. degree in Educational Counseling from National University.
One of my strengths and interests when investigating is conducting Electronic Voice Phenomena sessions. I enjoy reading about and studying the area of Electronic Voice Phenomena as well. I also like doing research/studying about the difference between true spirit orbs and false ones. I like doing photographic analysis as well.
I hope to become more active in the paranormal community and meet people who are dedicated to the paranormal field. I am truly honored and excited to be a member of P.I.S.D.

It all started around a campfire when I was young - at least, as far back as I
can remember...I'm not sure what it was about that ghost story that shifted my
childhood fear of the paranormal towards fascination, but it did the trick.
Since then, I've sought to experience more than what can be gleaned from a
simple story told 'round a campfire. These days I try to help others come to a
deeper understanding of the paranormal.
At P.I.S.D. we run the gamut from recording and analyzing EVPs to comparing
measurements and photographs; additionally, there's something to be said about
the personal experience. Simply put, some things can't always be explained
though the use of a gadget. I feel it is on these occasions our team really
shines as our sensitive members express thoughts and feelings that no device
could ever pick up.
We're not going to have all the answers, however, through science, spirituality
and an open mind, we'll find our happy medium between this world and the next

I have always had a spiritual belief that we have souls and we go somewhere after this life. I just didn't understand why some stuck around and some went. Why the coolest looking houses (or even creepiest) were the ones haunted?
I had many experiences in my life of uneasy feelings but nothing like what I experienced a year ago. It was a turning point in my life, where I was starting to grow more spiritually and change things in my life.
I felt this uneasy feeling come into my home. It was dark, scary and very real. Like I was being watched and ready to be attacked.
It wasn't in my head by any means. I didn't understand it. It followed me as if someone was attached to me. The part that made me mad was that I wasn't doing anything wrong. I was living a very clean life, yet it felt it needed to taunt me!It would even make me shake and cry.
Finally after a month, I had my friend who gives blessings come into my home, bless my home and bless me.. we both felt this presence leave.
I have a feeling this wasn't human. I would have much rather seen a ghost then feel something not of this world.
This left me wanting answers. Why demons taunt people? Why some ghosts stick around? Why some are so angry and some just want to communicate.. I am excited to find out more and hope to get answers!

grew up believing that seeing ghosts was natural and it was only until I
got older did I realize that I had a gift.
I come from a long line of Psychics/Mediums and have had countless experiences in my life as has my family. I feel with my abilities, I can add to PISD to help with the questions and answers to the paranormal.

aspect but the scientific aspect. I am also studying to obtain my PHD in
Metaphysical Sciences and I am a Reiki Teacher/Master. I have had several
paranormal experiences in my life. I am a second generation clairvoyant.
Which comes from my father’s side of the family. I have the ability to
connect with people who have passed on. I am also clairaudient and
clairsentient which I have used upon the request of persons who are
seeking answer from loved ones who have passed on.

I consider myself to be a skeptic. Nonetheless I will be open to new
experiences. As a skeptic, and as one who tends to relate to the world
in a strictly physical sense, I believe I will be quick to notice things
that don't have a scientific explanation. My promise to the founder and
team leader of this group is to use the equipment I am provided to
assist in detecting any paranormal activity that may be taking place.
I have 48 years of experience in
operating, maintaining, and repairing all types of electronic equipment
from simple hand held multimeters to component level troubleshooting of
the AWG9 Weapons system aboard the F14 Tomcat. I have 36 years of
experience as a civilian, "Tech Rep" teaching sailors to repair the
Radar Systems aboard the F8 Crusader and the F14 Tomcat and their
associated Test Benches.
Additionally, I have 6 years
experience leading/supervising Manufacturing & Electronic Technicians in
a local manufacturing company in an FMA/Repair (Failure Mode Analysis)
Group.
Lastly I maintain this web site per
the Webmistress' instructions. Paranormal Investigation is a new type of
venture for me, but I believe my many years of experience in the
technical fields will allow me to fulfill the assignments I am given.
